Identifying information, such as name, e-mail address, and phone or fax number, is used only for responding to users' comments or questions, and is not made available for other purposes.  Your email address on the contact form is always optional and will only be used to contact your related to the specific request submitted when using the online contact forms.

Users are required to register for access to certain discussion forums, file uploads and other postings that may be available. This information is used solely for internal security of the databases and and is not shared with third parties. User's registered names are shown with their postings with their expressed consent by registering for the forum and logging in to use the forum. In order to protect your privacy, we will not share any of your personal information with any third party, except to fulfill governmental, legal and regulatory obligations (including your obligations under our User Agreement)or pursuant to your explicit authorization.

Further, our hosting company, has put in place physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure all personal information about you that we collect. The information we collect is used to improve the content of our Web site, used to notify visitors about updates to our Web site and is used by us for marketing purposes. We do not at any time share the information we receive about or from visitors to our Web site with any other company or organization. Such information would only be disclosed as required by law.
